If you don’t know the real you, (not the one you pretend to be) how are you going to know where you are going?
People behave according to their patterns and according to the beliefs they justify in their mind. These inner beliefs cause outer reactions towards others: reactions that will show you, your inner world. Knowing the real you shows through your qualities: if you are quick to anger, feel jealousy, blame, lack trust, have the need to compete with others, these qualities are who you are. The outer world shows the expression of what is within you. Inner emotions are manifested in the outer world.
How can you silence the negative emotions within and find inner peace? Make peace an expression of yourself. Under all, and every circumstance, choose not to react to what is happening, instead centre yourself to find balance within. The physical world around you is the world that responds to your senses: your senses directly respond to your belief system. Your outer life will be empowered if you empower your inner world. You are your own feeling.
The starting point of your life is when you wake up. Don’t be a prisoner of your thoughts. Give thanks daily: the road to heaven is through changing your inner world; through the action of loving and forgiving.
