Focus on the present moment

Today you are no longer under the influence of your parents or your past. You are under your own influence. You do not need to dwell on the past because it will not solve anything. Looking into the past will not solve your current situation or your emotional response to past events.

The power is now, your focus should be in the present moment.

Your heart beats in the present.

Your blood moves in your veins, your cells are active, in the present moment.

So, our minds should be working with our body, in the present moment.

At this moment, nothing can hurt or harm you in any shape or form. Your heart keeps beating, even when you are negative. You have a responsibility towards your body, towards yourself and towards others to stay calm.

Your soul is pure. It does not know anger or frustration. Your soul wants you to move forward, to experience life, not to focus on past pain or on past events. Your soul wants you to live in peace.
